You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you, at any time, without giving a reason and without needing an account.

Fastest route — stop the messages first

If an automated assistant is messaging you on Instagram or Facebook Messenger, reply STOP. It confirms once and never messages you again. That takes effect immediately and is separate from deletion — you can do both.

To request deletion

Email hello@novuweb.net with the subject "Delete my data", and tell us:

which platform you contacted us on — Instagram, Messenger, or this website, and
the account handle or name you used, so we can locate the conversation.

You can also send the request as a direct message to the same account you were talking to.

What happens

We confirm we received the request.
We locate and delete the message content, conversation logs and any stored contact details associated with you, within 30 days.
We confirm when it is done.

What we may keep, and why

Your opt-out record, if you asked us to stop messaging you. It contains only your platform user ID and the date. Deleting it would mean we no longer know not to message you — which defeats the request. Tell us explicitly if you want that removed too.
Anything we are required to retain by law.

Data held by Meta

Messages you sent on Instagram or Messenger also exist in your own Meta account and in Meta's systems. Deleting data on our side does not remove it from yours — you can delete conversations in the Instagram or Messenger app, and manage what Meta holds through Meta Accounts Center.
